Can't find a database forum, so I'm posting here. If this is no good, perhaps someone can effectively redirect me...

On starting SQL Server Management Studio Express, I get a message that says:

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯Though I have Visual Studio 2003 on the computer (MS Dev. Environ 7.1.3088)., I do not find mscorlib.tlb on the machine anywhere with the Search for Files or Folders.
What to do?
