Hi my laptop turns on!

But, sometimes it shows me the Toshiba logo and then goes black screen but I can still see and move the curser icon

and sometimes it shows me the screen where it say that windows didnt shut down right, would you like to start up in safe mood or normal!

i have tryed each of these options niether has worked, if u click on either u go to a black screen and can move the mouse clicker still!

I have taken the battery out and the power cable to try reset. has not worked!! HELP!!

GUYS PLEASE. IF SUM1 CAN HELP I NEED THEM, MY LAPTOP HAS AN ASSIGNMENT DUE AT 9 AM ON IT!

hi,weekend help doesn't usually doesn't come that fast here ,sorry .
you didn't even say what OS you are using .
i would suggest you boot to a windows cd and run the repair option

operating system = vista
you problem is not an easy fix ,you need to boot to your vista disk and run the/a repair .
