Has anyone ever seen this it's a dell inspiron laptop (sorry don't have the model) my customer upgraded to win 7 and he gets screens that look like this, We've uninstalled and re-installed the video driver 2 or 3 times. The only way to clear it up is to change the size of the window or press F5 to rerefresh. he also says that if he deletes a file he needs to press f5 and refresh to see the file dissapear. right click on the desktop ,/screen resolution/advanced settings /monitor ,and check and or change the refresh rate ,and make sure color set to 32 bit ,also make sure screen resolution it at correct setting for the laptop

We played with that and I believe we only have 1 refresh rate to choose from.
