Oh, ok.. I'd suggest you take a look at this software on CodePlex (Microsoft site).

They have software you can download to create a virtual WiFi hotspot.

If you are planning on plugging in the computer to the wired network and then using your wireless as a hotspot, you do not need any additional software. You simply share the Wired connection and users will be able to connect to your wireless NIC in "ad-hoc" mode.
