When I start Outlook it prompts me for a network user name and password. The password is correct but I get prompted again every 5 minutes. I have logged this failure and it is "Authentication Failure (7)". How would I fix the problem? Thank you in advance for any information.

When you enter the password the first time, does Outlook work during those 5 minutes?

I would try giving them a call and making sure the username and password are correct. When I switched ISPs about 2 years ago, they gave me the wrong password (typo on their end)
