Somone must Know What Lenovo cant tell

lo to all the people, Guys and Girls who visit this Community and what to help not like the companies who just want to take you money with 0 answers.

So this is my problem,

I bought a Lenovo 3000 C100 Like a year ago warranty is out.
Had a problem with Norton Antivirus could you believe corrupted my computer to the extent cant get windows to load.

I have no Idea why "rescue and recovery"
Gives me this message:

Not been enrolled with the client security solution"

How do I enroll?

Please ANY BODY :'(

I think that its to do with the fingerprint reader.

What is a fingerprints this is what i found on the lenvo website ,

Symptom

When a user enrolls fingerprints after having enrolled with the Client Security Solution application, the fingerprint device is not displayed as a policy option until after the computer is rebooted.

A fingerprint scanner is a thing on the computer where you can scan your finger in and use it like a password (everyone is different)

I never used somthing like that so why would that be related.
My problem you see in windoes not loading at all.
when I click in to Rescue and recovery I need to enter a passwod
I try one and then it tell me that I havnt been enrolld yet.
Were do I find the soultion to this problem - I cant seem to find the answer???

Its built into the laptop as they are business machines. Try disabling it in the BIOS.
