Hi,
I recently encountered the same problem on my Dell laptop. I am able to log in to each user but a scanner box appears and a black screen stating safe mode in each corner. I have ran Malware but nothing shows up and then he software shuts down. I have located the file and deleted it but it still comes back when I restart.
Could you possibly offer me any advice please?
