guys as the topic says i formatted my windows and installed a new one but the virus isnt gone and it keeps coming back?

did it come back right away or after you installed you save personal files fronm the old install .if you did have any ,as the virus could be in the saved files .
Jump to Posttry it again but this time delete the partition and create a new one. This option is in the setup.

no i didnt put any of my persoannel files ... it just suddenly came back.

Is it still possible to get a virus in the master boot record? If so, you might have to recreate this.

Get an Anti-virus Rescue CD (Its free) and scan your PC with it. It will surely fix it. And you cant avoid the importance of an Anti-Virus, its a must.
