My Acer Laptop keeps on turning itself off improperly.. without an unknown reason
It is about 5 months

At first we thought it is caused by some virus..
so we have it reformatted.
New OS.. No files

Still it SHUTS DOWN IMPROPERLY.

So, we asked somebody to open it..
Then he said, It might be because of overheating..

Then he operated it with a cooler.
Still, it turns off improperly.

Next he said it is because of the battery.
He removed the battery..
It was operated with its adapter.
Again, It turns off improperly

What may be its possible problem T____T ?
What can I do with it?
Help please.

This is likely a hardware problem - most likely it has some overheating component (CPU, RAM, etc). You need to send it into the repair depot for warranty service.

Take it to the repair shop.

Hello,

My first guess would be it is overheating. Check the vents and make sure that there is some sort of air flow out at least one port. Often people will sit their laptop on something that can block the incomming air flow and the system will shutdown rather than burn out the processor. I also have to agree with taking it in for hardware/warranty work.
