Every time I open IE, it always shows an extra window running and using alot of resources. I try to end it, and it restarts? I have anti-virus and have ran Malware Bytes. I downloaded Chrome (was going to uninstall and reinstall IE), and it now appears to do the same thing. I'm sure it's a virus...Any suggestions?

Sorry, it's Windows 7. IE 9 and not sure of the chrome version as I just downloaded it. I was going to try to remove IE and reinstall, then noticed Chrome does it too.
