Hi, I get this error window when I boot up my computer.

"Error loading C:\Windows\system32\tenugizu.dll
The specified module could not be found."

My internet is really slow (I use Mozilla) and pop ups come up frequently when I click on links or go to various sites.

I'm not that literate with computer so hopefully one of you guys can help me in a simple manner. I saw someone else had this problem but maybe mine is a bit different so I know you need to see my HijackThis logfile. Here it is:

The Above Programs are safe to Be Closed\Killed From 'Task Manager' if your PC is slow and according to your needs....

These(Above) Programs Are The Suspicious(unsure about PCAngel.exe though), the tenugizu.dll and gntinelk.dll are most most most probably Viruses and i suggest u run a full system scan using AVG, which is installed on your computer, so also clear your cache on time to time..You can use a program named 'PCMaid'...works quite well and i've been using it for quite some time now...

So also Download 'Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware' And run a scan...

Did AVG scans a of number times. Trojans continuously pop up.

Ok, deleted those processes. If you aren't sure about which files are safe to kill, then I need a more experienced user I think.

Thanks though.

Used Malware Byte's Anti-Malware to take out 39 infected items.

Everything seems to be functioning. I have included the second HijackThis log file and the MBAM log file. Here is the second HijackThis log file after the infected items were removed:

Did AVG scans a of number times. Trojans continuously pop up.

Ok, deleted those processes. If you aren't sure about which files are safe to kill, then I need a more experienced user I think.

Thanks though.

The processes in the first quote are safe to kill....The second quote contains files alleged by themselves to be by windows, but they are suspicious and mostly are viruses, they could be infected 'system' files, thats why i recommended a scan rather than directly deleting them..

As i said

C:\WINDOWS\system32\gntinelk.dll (Trojan.Vundo.H)

was a virus, but two other files are still there...

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\Run: [pijipetogi] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\tenugizu.dll",s (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [pijipetogi] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\tenugizu.dll",s (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')

They still exist after MBAM quarantined them

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\pijipetogi (Trojan.Vundo.H) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

So 'Fix Them' from HijackThis asap...if that doesn;t work, hijackthis has a tool where you can delete files on reboot..make use of that..
