I have a Dell inspiron 1150, with a Sony CRX830E CD/DVD burner player.
If you insert any disk (CD or DVD) to run a message pops up saying "please insert disk" when it's already in there. If you eject and put it back in you hear a lot of clicking and what not but nothing loads up.
If you check the driver in the Storage Manager section it says there is nothing wrong with the drive. It does say "no media" under drive D:
I have tried to re-name the drive from D: to T: and then back again because it didn't work. I have no idea what is wrong, I also am not very handy with computers at all.
