I have a Windows 2008 R2 Server configured with local IP (e.g. 192.168.1.115).
Please how can I access it remotely outside its local domain through (remote desktop connection).

What you need to do is set up port forwarding on this router to map the public IP on port 3389 to the private IP on the same port assuming you haven't changed the config of Remote Desktop services on that target host.
Then from the Internet, just use RDP and connect to the public IP address.

Hello,
If your not up to the router changes you could use one of the utilities like Team Viewer, Go to my PC or Logmein and set up a remote connection. Personally I like team viewer since it has file transfer in the free version.
