My PC takes a lots of time in responding ..
if i access any file or folder it takes 5 mins to open..also when i do defrag..
it also say u can't defrag ur drive as it has not a reasonable space..!!
so tell wat to do..i want my pc performance back ..!!

Your hard disk maybe full. You can check how much space left in your hard disk by going into My Computer right click on the C:\ drive > Properties. You can also do a disk clean up from there. If your disk is about 90% full, accessing any files will take time as the Window has to search the whole disk. You didn't mention your computer spec but I suggest maybe upgrade your motherboard memory.
Lastly, you also may want to scan for any virus, spyware or malware. Hope this help.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling your antivirus, especially if it is a free or trial version
