Hey, guys. my laptop model is sony vgn-cr420e, which come up with the hidden recovery partition. Now I am using window 7 but it is not genuine, so I want recovery my licensed window vista home premium back but I don't know how to do it???

If you boot into your bios, in the boot options/menu there should be an option to boot to something with a name or/or similar to "system Recovery. Try that, if not, image the partition and burn it to cd/dvd and boot your pc into them
