hello group thanks for the problem u ve solved so far.
pls i ve this p4 hp desktop with windows xp sp2 os,my registry editor is disable by my administrator and am the administrator which i did not diasble anything of such.when l type REGEDIT on the run command this is what l get your REGISTRY HAS BEEN DISABLE BY YOUR ADMINISTRATOR.pls help me with any possible way out.

Your system is being infected with virus..usually it's BRONTOK..
Simply clean it by using a very gud utility called RRT
