I have tried everything i cannot get any web sites they come up blank i get on some web sites when i am in safe mode but not in normal mode i am in safe mode now.

Sounds like a worm that messed up your dns and they are hard to clean try malware bytes ccleaner and I think there are tools out there to straighten out a computers dns but I forget which one I used to fix this same problem.
