I have excellent network connection, but the internet (IE, iTunes...etc) does not connect to the internet. I've taken down the firewall, restarted the comp, unplugged both the router and modem and done a hard reset....
I've also tried pinging my own IP address and it always timed out, but this isn't true for other IPs. Not sure what else to do...
Any suggestions?
(need anymore info, just let me know.)
