I am getting error 56 when i am trying to open cisco vpn client and i stopped Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service but i am still getting the same error.
What i may do to solve this ?!

Hi Fo2sh,
You'll need to access the Windows services menu just as you had done and configure the ICS service to start manually. Then, for the Cisco VPN client service (cvpnd.exe), change it's startup properties to automatic and then click on start to start it. You should then be able to start the client's GUI by double clicking on it.
