We need lots more info on your setup and what other tests you've run before I can even wager a guess.

If resetting your D-Link router does not restore access to the Internet, you may simply want to give you provider a call so that they can test connectivity from them to you to see if there are other problems after your demarc. If their line tests are OK, you should double check the configuration of your router to make sure it is correct.
