I suppose it's the video cards fault. Because when I move the mouse on the screen while playing the game (in particular Sid Meyer's Pirates and Guild Wars) the sound start to tremble and the speed of the mouse movements slows down.

My system is a pretty powerfull one. Enough memory and hard drive space. So i'm totally confused right now. I tried to reinstall both video card and sound card but it doesn't help. Anybody, please help. I really want my computer to function correctly again.
