My Windows 8 Zoostorm desktop computer with nvidia GeForce GTX 760 can has connected successfully to my second monitor via VGA cable. However, my second monitor which is a Philips that only connects via VGA as thats it's only port, constantly displays "NO VIDEO INPUT". What do I do to fix this?

I have set up dual displays, however when my second monitor is turned on, it displays "ATTENTION: NO VIDEO INPUT".

If you swap the monitors around (Use the philips as the no.1/main screen) does the philips monitor display work or does it still say no video?
