newly built computer, bsod when installing windows

I finished putting together my first computer, im semi-experienced with it and am pretty sure all the hardware was installed correctly.
i tried installing windows xp with a "windows xp reinstallation disk" but that gave me a blue screen about halfway into setup.

i then reformatted my HDD and tried to install vista, i again got pretty far into the installation before it gave me the BSOD

the first time i got a message like

and then some other stuff,

then a stop code i forgot to check

then when i tried vista i got a message like this

And now when i try to boot vista, it says windows is loading files and when the bar gets to 100%, instead of going to setup/install screen, it goes straight to this blue screen EXACTLY

i have a formatted 500gb hdd so disk space is not an issue,
i dont know how to identify a driver in a stop message
i dont have a video adapter i can change to check

i dont know how to update bios
i dont know how to disable bios memory options such as caching and shadowing
i can boot computer in safe mode but do not know what componenets to disable

if there is any help anyone can give me it is greatly appreciated, also if there is any information i can give you that i may have left out, please let me know

*** btw, when i boot my computer up, says T-FORCE(my mobo) then it goes to a screen that has something like this

System Monitor

and under it, it gives me all kinds of info about my system, like voltages for different components, cpu fan speed, cpu temperature, system temperature, and other miscellaneous stuff

and if i have a cd in the drive, it tells me "press any key to boot from cd"

however i tried safe mode, and it tells me that something is missing
its called somethingboot, or bootsomething, i know it has boot in the name but i cant recall at this moment

The XP install obviously failed on a driver problem since its origin was a different system.

The Vista install was correctly executed so far as I could see, especially because you reformatted the HDD.

So what is incompatible and causes the install fail?

I take it that there is nothing connected to a USB port during the install. We don't want to cope with external interrupts. You could also look at your USB settings in the BIOS.

2/
Try an install with a different graphics card. This is a favourite failure point. An el-cheapo graphics card that will work with the standard Windows VGA drivers might do the trick. Then when it's all running, you can install the Radeoon card using the install disk that comes with the card

3/
RAM might be suspect. You could try the install on just 1GB RAM, swapping if necessary. I doubt that it's RAM but is a distinct possibility.

the message i got while in hardware monitor screen says
Bootmgr is missing

i get all the way into the vista installation where it says
(checkmark) copying files
expanding files...(2%)
it blue screened again on me
this time it said some stuff about

Cache_manager

then the same text about what i should do,
then a stop code, i didnt copy it though

i loaded up recovery console with the xp disk
and used fixboot and it said some stuff

now i dont get the bootmgr is missing error in hardware monitor
but now i get ntldr is missing
