So my friend's computer keeps shutting down randomly. We have noticed that it seems to shut down whenever we type anything on the keyboard. Also, the keyboard is not typing what its supposed to. It is typing different things then what we are trying to type, we can't backspace or hit enter. Can anybody help?

Hi, have you tried using a different keyboard? Try using another keyboard and see if it fixes it. Cause the CPU can possibly be overheating causing the computer to shutdown.
