Hi,

I have got a dell gx150 desktop with P3 processor and Bios ver A11.

when i start it up it goes through the DELL boot screen, and I can still get the prompt to press F2 and/or F12.

After this, this reboots itself and starts again till it gets to pompt screen before it reboots again. basically going in circles.

I have tried reinstallin winxp on it, after the copyin file stage it reboots itself and the circle continues.

can any one help please cus its driving me insane.

Open your Computer, take all non-essentials out.

Leave only CPU, Mobo, Ram, VGA.
Take out all USB components, PCI, ISA, even the mouse and Keyboard.

Try to boot.

IF it works, put everything back in one by one and booting.
