Hi everyone! I wanted to observe the behaviour of the motors inside a cd rom when I programmatically open the cd tray so I removed its casing so that what's left were the three motors and the lense, all connected to the board. But when I plugged it back into my computer, my computer woudn't recognize it as a cd rom anymore. In fact, it doesn't recognize it at all. I am quite sure that I didn't disconnect any line or remove any component from the board while disassembling. I really need to get it working without the case for my little experiment, =) Please help me. Thank you in advance!
