Hello,

My Sony Vaio VGN-FS35GP hangs at Vaio logo each time I turn it on. When I switch it on, the power indicator turns on, the HDD light blinks for a moment then goes off. If I press F2, it will say "Entering settings..." and stays there.
Sometimes when I am extremely lucky, it boots up, everything works fine.

Please help.

Some vaio have a reset hole underneath the laptop. Use a straightened paper clip to press that button inside the hole.

Reseat the memory sticks.

Thanks Fren for replying my post.

Unfortunately my Vaio doesn't seem to have a reset button. Reseated the memory stick, also tried a known working memory stick. No luck...
Anything else that I can try please?
