It just won't boot. I hit the power button, monitor shows no video, and a few seconds later
*RING RING RING* *BEEP BEEP BEEP* ( Bios beep )


I have tried taking the ram out, cleaning, and reseating. Have tried buying a new stick but it won't work. Have tried switching with an old processor I had lying around which
is the same as the one in the machine.

I cleaned the contacts of the video card, reinserted it to no avail. I even disconnected the CD ROM drives and the floppy drive from the motherboard. Tried again. Won't boot.

It was working at first, and then when downloading windows updates... I took the case side panel off and it froze RIGHT WHEN I OPENED IT!!!

And now I cannot get the dang thing to start.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me.

Let me get this straight; it makes 6 noises when you turn it on? or is it just a 3 beep code.
