I installed the program and it installed the drivers.
When I put in the USB device in my computer it first said that "A USB device is not recognized" and it seems it tried to install drivers sincde it said "Failed to install drivers"-but the program had already done that.
I went to device manager and told it where the drivers are - it said that it's the latest drivers for the device.
It says error 43.
You can try to connect your USB devices to another computer. If it work well, it symbols that your comouter usb devices is not work very well. Contact your seller. I have no idea the computer can recongnize the Netgear PTVU1000 or not
