I am interested in increasing the revnue generated by this website, I need to build a community on this site to make it more engaging.

Currently users can not interact with each other, but I would like them to get competitive with each other, and want to earn the most money.
Should I lower the minimum payout to $1 so that more users win money instead of only a few who reach $10.00 ?
I think this would be a good way to increase its popularity. People have short attention span and can earn $1.00 in roughy 5 minutes.
I think that the constant winning of real money will keep their attention longer than waiting half an hour to make $10.
Let me know what you think! Should I lower the minimum payout to $1.00?
