What's the most efficient to have Googldad campaign that target your competitor's potential customers and gets high quality rate without specifying their name in the header (or with if you have a suggestion how to do it and not get too nasty)?
We have campaign that run with their names as keywords, but as the ad doesn't mention them it reduce the quality of the ad and the chances it will appear.

Googldad? Do you mean Google ad?? You can do audience targeting, and you can also do placement targeting to specific websites (such as advertise specifically on your competitors).
