I have recently joined i twodollar click. I am surprised to know that they pays $2 for per click. But i can not calculate the reality. How can a website pays $2 only on stying 30 seconds? How the will generate the money? Is it a scam? Is there anybody who really get paid?

The site owners are getting paid.
See if you're a web owner you should know you get a few cents for every page click you get. So the more you click the more THEY get. If you did not put in anyway to have your money given to you so yes it is a scam.
