How we can re marketing banner ads campaign?

On Google Adwords?

There is an option to create remarketing sub campaign under display campaign.

You should look it in your adwords interface.

In remarketing you can have a lot of options based on your advertising objectives
- if you have an E Commerce store you can choose audience like "those who visited cart" etc

  • Go to shared libraries & import your remarketing lists.
