Honestly, I have no idea. Is this an IT project you are going to work on? is it software? is it hardware?
Did you check the requirements you were given?
Usually, being able to decide on a project that you can complete within the deadline and with your knowledge, IS part of the project.
We don't know anything about what courses you followed, so we can only speculate. We also don't know your teacher(s), so we have no idea what they would be impressed by.
Also: we don't know you. We can suggest you a topic that we would love to make, which would make sure that we would stay motivated while making it. But that does not mean you would love, so it wouldn't guarantee you would remain motivated.
