Link wheel is a link building technique which link builders apply to get high traffic on their web sites. To make a link wheel first you have to write a blog and give a link there of your site and the article which you have written on the same keyword. Then link that article with your site and also with another blog which should be linked to your first blog. Hence you made a wheel like- Blog1-Article-Blog2-Blog1. This is a good link building technique but sometimes Google may penalize it.
