What should I do to avoid the 404 error on blogspot.com

I have created a custom id for my blogspot blog, however when I try to integrate it into my current blogspot.in blog, it is giving me 404 error. I followed the instructions for custom domain name as given by blogspot.in, still I am getting 404 error. Can anyone tell, what should I do to avoid the 404 error on blogspot.in

To prevent 404 error page, it really depends how you installed or create the blog template.

remove those url through web master and after removing submit to google fetch for reindex. If its repeats than there must b problem with your custom id.
