3. create demographic plan for facebook such as business location, gender
4. create page and run facebook ads.

You can't just know advanced level FB marketing you will need to learn it, there are a lot of good places around the internet where you can learn about marketing on fb, pick one and stick with it, read a few books about it and you are on the right track.
