Step 1:
Register account google, make sure everyone knows how to do it.
Step 2:
Site login account http://blogger.com google
Step 3:
Create a blog. If you have a blog then you can skip this step.
Step 4:
In the blog home enter:
press Settings -> directory publishing -> click to select custom domain ->
Switch to advanced settings ->
have your Domain Name text box -> type yourname.xayto.com ->-
