Ok, guys. I just got done with a major project that took up most of my free time. I'm DONE AND SO BORED NOW. I need Ideas! I specialize in POS/Checkout systems (stuff with mathy stuff involved) stuff like Pawnshop Software, Dry Cleaner POS, etc..

Great! Thanks!

Hello, DaniWeb! Today I am in need of a Java Crash Course! Maybe a couple of (very short) source files with comments describing what things do? Any help is appriciated! I already know C++, how much does that help me?

I've surpassed the errors. But, My programming IDE (FoxPro) Is not wanting to use MySQL and wants to use plain SQL

Errors 53 & 17

Hi, I just recently started a website with the hope of connecting a program I made with the licensing database that I've already created. I have all the usernames and passwords I need. on a side note, I'm using Visual FoxPro 9. But each time I try to connect I get an error. Any and All help would be much oblidged. Thanks!

Ok, so, I've been scrounging around the internet looking for a decent C++ Keylogger that is able to be hidden (Not showing a console window) and have been very unsuccessful, I need help building one or finding one that works PROPERLY. I use Codeblocks compiler, similar to Dev-Cpp. Any help would be much oblidged!

That's Not exactly what im looking for. What you've done is creating a menu driven by arrow keys but there is no way to assign a function to a specific option.

Hello daniweb, I've been trying to impliment arrow keys into my program, I've found a way, but the problem is I cant figure out how to use the enter key to select an option as follows:

pawns:
    int pawn;
    system("cls");
    pawndd:
    gotoxy(0,0);
       SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,455);
    cout<<"  RETURN TO PREVIOUS MENU";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,23);
    cout<<"\n";
    cout<<"  INTEREST CALCULATOR";
    cout<<"\n";
    cout<<"  RENEW, EXTEND, OR REDEEM";
    //cin>>pawn;

kbmain=_getch();

      /*if(kbmain!='\0')
        {
            kbmain=_getch();
        }
        */

        kbmain=getch();

    if(kbmain == 'H')
    {
        goto hrer;
    }

    if(kbmain == 'P')
    {
        hintcalc:
    gotoxy(0,0);
    cout<<"  RETURN TO PREVIOUS MENU";
    cout<<"\n";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,455);
    cout<<"  INTEREST CALCULATOR";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,23);
    cout<<"\n  RENEW, EXTEND, OR REDEEM";
    cout<<"\n";

    }

    kbmain2=_getch();

      if(kbmain2!='\0')
        {
            kbmain2=_getch();
        }
         if(kbmain2 == 'H')
    {
        goto pawndd;
    }
        if(kbmain2=='P')
        {
            hrer:
                gotoxy(0,0);
    cout<<"  RETURN TO PREVIOUS MENU";
    cout<<"\n";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,23);
    cout<<"  INTEREST CALCULATOR";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,455);
    cout<<"\n";
    gotoxy(0,2);
    cout<<"  RENEW, EXTEND, OR REDEEM";
    SetConsoleTextAttribute(hColor,23);

@chrishea

No, the licensing system is another challenge I have set a goal for myself and I want to write it into a pawn program I am producing.

Would you be willing to help me with a project?

happygeek commented: this is starting to become very spammy, you even PM'd me asking the same - please stop it!!! +0

@mikeyisme
Did you just call me a thing?

@mikeyisme
Well of course I have posted no code! Im looking for a partner to work on it with!

@deceptikon Because nobody answered the first one!
I really need help with coding the software!

Ok, as my previous post on this topic stands, I need to make a C++ licensing system where I can Enter A New License code into the database as the software is created, But I need it to be able to be licensed through the internet, such as: The user would enter their license code and the program would connect to my computer and check the database and see if the code was active or not, if so it would license it, if not, it would issue an error message. So, Bottom line: licensing my software through a socket. Help PLEASE!! i've been trying for a long time but never got it.

@deceptikon,
Yes That Would work if I didn't NEED gotoxy, If I didn't need it I would'nt have posted this article.

I have a code::blocks compiler and I try to use gotoxy(17, 13) but I get a link error " undefined reference to gotoxy"
somebody please help me!!

I have just joined daniweb 1 day ago and I have posted 3 articles, No help whatsoever, not even a comment! This is clearly the WORST Help website i've ever used! I regret joining!

May I ask, which library did you include to make this program?

Ok, away from my last endeavor, I don't know if you have ever herd of "Active@ Password Changer" (if not look it up), It is a BIOS bootable program that allows you to change many of the windows user's properties, such as: Clear the password, lock the account, change logon hours, and make the user change the password at the next logon. I wanted to know if this was possible in C++, and if so, Could Somebody please help me to develop a program as such, I already have a program that can change a windows password when you are already logged on.
