I have been unable to find help in all usual sources. Admin profile created when PC was purchased gets error msg. "insufficient permissions" for many mundane activities.Admin profiles named CREATOR OWNER, TRUSTED INSTALLER, SYSTEM, ADMINISTRATOR have full control with inherited permissions.
