i need to get a out put of the array in my code that will display every time the counter counts and has to be linked to a random number.

import flash.utils.Timer;

var color: Array = ["red", "green", "blue", "yellow"];
var rand: Number;
var counter = 0;
var myTimer: Timer = new Timer(1000, 4);
myTimer.addEventListener(TimerEvent.TIMER, startCount);
myTimer.start();

function startCount(e: TimerEvent) {
    counter++;
    for (var i = 0; i < 1; i++) {

        var numbers = Math.floor(Math.random() * 4);
        rand = numbers;
        trace(rand);
    }

counter++;
for (var i = 0; i < 1; i++) {

    var numbers = Math.floor(Math.random() * 4);
    rand = numbers;
    trace(rand);
}

i am having a problem with java script and need to know how i can convert a integer inputted by the user to asterisks. stipulations i have to use a window prompt dialog box and print the asterisks on the page in a paragraph.. i just need help changing the int to the asterisks.

Ok .. I can try that it's just I'm short on time ..

I know but I have the issue that it doesn't count the string that is inputted .. It's just terminates so I'm lost on what I need and running out time for its time of being due ..

Yea something like that just It asks for the string and then u enter the string to use then press enter

open image that i have in my project file as well as a video so i can compare two sepereat things.

<a href="#"> Home </a>
            <a href="#"> Video1 </a>
            <a href="#"> Advanced Warfare </a>
            <a href="#"> Video 2 </a>
            </nav>

those are the nav buttons i have and i want video 2 and advanced warfare to be active and click as to show images and a short video i have and i am new to html ..

this is the outcome i get

     Day        Highs        Lows
    ------       -----         ----
    Monday         68           55
   Tuesday         70           56
   Wensday         52           40
  Thursady         70           62
    Friday         55           42
  Saturday         51           40
    Sunday         52           36

Highest Day      Thursady     Thursady

i wanna reduce the decimal place in the daily average..

where should that go
