I have an Exchange account setup in Outlook 2007. I've been racking my brain on how to set up e-mail rules such that they'll show up in Outlook and be server-side rules. The odd thing is that I have server-side rules set up in OWA (even though the rules have "marked as read" and "add to Category", which I thought would make them client-side rules), but they are not showing up in Outlook at all. Is there an issue with Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2011 not communicating rules? The reason i want to access the rule from within outlook is …

I've looked at all of the lightboxes and I'm not sure if I'm not looking hard enough or if I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm looking for a plugin that I can use that will allow me to do the following. Have 1 row of images (about 5 images or so) that will auto scroll to the next image, moving the first image out of view to make room for the next image. It will do this for the whole album (more than 5 images total). I also want this gallery to allow me to load the picture that …

I hope this is the right forum for this question. Although I'm working in PHP, I really just need the algorithm (in pseudocode preferably) for a complex (at least seems to me) scoring system. The algorithm should always place the highest number of correct answers at the top of the list and use remaining clock time as bonus (mainly used as a tie breaker). Essentially, I want to rank users based on accuracy (correct or incorrect) with a speed bonus (remaining clock time) Essentially we collect points per question, clock time left per question (higher amount = faster answer) and …

This is more of a logistic question but I'm stuck. This is a homework project where we're asked to create a game. The way I'm doing it is starting of with a "settings" applet. The applet asks for number of players, then "dynamically" creates a row which displays a textbox for player name, select combo box for player type and a submit button. These components are created in a separate model class (player components). This is the way I set it up. view_startapplet.java
- contains the combo box to select number of players and submit button. it also contains the …

This is Homework. I have been working on a tournament program. Currently the tournament class gets user input and instantiates a player class and a game class. The game class then calls the board class where it instantiates a boardconfig class object. At this point Is where I get my problem. the boardconfig class is a grandparent to the boardconfig_level class which is parent to the boardconfig_level_basic class. Grandparent class has the following method: protected int getDimension() { return 0; } Parent class has the following methods protected void intiMineArray(); //defined in parent.cpp protected virtual int getDimension() {return 0; } …

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to import holiday calendar's into a Public Calendar on MS Exchange that would be recurring. I have imported the holiday's from Outlook's builtin functions, but it only goes until 2007. I was then going to manually make those holiday's recurring, but it would be easier if there was a file or program out there that would do it for me so that I just need to import it. Any ideas?

I need help trying to compile and test this code, but I keep getting the error: template is incomplete, can not parse field. Here is my code:
#include<iostream> #include<iterator> #include<vector> #include<algorithm> using namespace std; template <class T> class my_istream_iterator { public: typedef charT char_type; typedef traitsT traits_type; typedef basic_istream<charT, traitsT> istream_type; typedef input_iterator_tag iterator_category; typedef T value_type; typedef diff difference_type; typedef const T* pointer; typedef const T& reference; my_istream_iterator():is(0), pred(false) {} my_istream_iterator( istream_type &s ):is(&s) { read_next();} reference operator*() const { return current; } pointer operator->() const { return &(operator*()); } my_istream_iterator& operator++() { read_next(); return *this; } my_istream_iterator …

I have a hw project and I need to write my own reverse iterator. The problem is i don't know for sure if I'm starting off ok. Here is the code I have so far and a simple test in main keeps giving me an error stating no parameter's for template if I initialize like so:
main() { vector<int> v; vector<int>::iterator it; my_reverse_iterator p(it); }
BUT when i initialize differently i get errors such as:
main() { vector<int> v; vector<int>::iterator it; my_reverse_iterator <vector<int> > p(it); }
it gives me a bunch of errors stating: Anachronism: using …

I have a questions where I need to overload the + operator for vectors so that I can add two vectors together. The question I have is on how and where to write the code. what is the definition of the + operator for STL vectors? template<typename T, typename Allocator> vector<T, Allocator> &operator+ (const vector<T, Allocator> &a, const vector<T, Allocator> &b) and do I just code this outside of main? Thanks,

I have a hw question that asks us to create an STL funciton that takes an argument of type map<string, int> and an integer and returns vector containin all positions in map for which the integer value is found. The function works from what I can test. But I wanto be able to test it in main without outputting the results from within the function itself. Can someone show me how I'm supposed to test the function? I commented the code I tried but didn't work. working code:
#include "stdafx.h" #include <iostream> #include <vector> #include <map> #include <string> #include …

I have a homework question in STL. The question asks to write an implementation of STL algorithm replace_copy_if(). My question is NOT regarding how do I code this, but more importantly what exactly does it mean? In other words, is it the same as just creating a function and not creating a main in the .cpp file? or does it mean create a .h file? Im' not really sure where I'm supposed to start with this. Thank You,

I would like some help on creating a function that on clicking a submit button will allow the user to add the data of the selection box into an uneditable text box and hidden file. IE: User selects option 5
<option value="5">Option 5</option>
, then clicks the "add Option" button. It will then add a new row with an uneditable text box [Option 5] and a hidden field
<input type="hidden" value="5">
. Each click on the Add Option Button will take the Text and Value of the selected drop down option. I would need this to be done without request from the …

I'm very uneasy when it comes to coding STL. I am ok using STL functions and STL container's etc, in main, but I now need to create my own template. Here is what I'm asked to do, and yes it is homework: Write a template container class, Pos_Neg_Array. This is an array class where the elements in the array can be indexed using positive or negative values. When insertions are done, the array can grow in either the positive or negative direction. The element in position 0 is not affected by insertion or deletion (except when done at that position). …
