I have uninstalled Norton 2007 with the Norton uninstall tool and Microsoft remove but now have this startup message when rebooting : C:PROGRA~1\Symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed DLL initialization

I am getting this on start up: exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c and with a few clicks it goes away till next start up
