Internet explorer keeps shutting down on me...and I have NO idea why...anyone else having this problem? and anyone got any ideas as to how I can fix it?

When I run these two programs it says there are four or five things it cannot get rid of due to the program being in "memory" . It asks to restart and then runs before the windows logon comes up. However once again it says it cannot delete them Should …

When I get on Internet Explorer as long as I don't do anything specific it stays up but should I log on my yahoo email and attempt to read it, IE just disappears! UNLESS a "ads.flashtrack.net" appears, then I can browse around unless another "ads.flashtrack.net" appears then it cuts off …
