my wifes computer, running win 98 will only give 2 or 16 colours' i have tried reloading win 98 from original disc but with no result. i have tried changing with control panel, display, setting, but can only get 2or 16 colours and cannot change screen resolution. help is needed!

Having finally managing to open win 98,I only have 16 colours. the computer tells me I have "standard pcc graphics adapter" I cannot establish the make of the video card. Is it possible to download a driver? Here's hoping
