when i insert a empty dvd disc into my drive it doesnt come up with any options and it dont even work.. i have tried a few discs and there all the same..tried them on another computer and they work fine its a 3 in 1 drive..cd,dvd etc lol

i bought brand new empty cds and whn i put them in they dont load..neither do other cds... but dvds and everything work... and one solve this please..a.s.a.p

when ever i have my computer on standby and then come back to it... its comes back up but after few seconds the mouse crashes but the computer works??? anyone now why that is?? :rolleyes:

ok..when i put my muse over a icon the writing comes out big and bold!! im sure its not supposed to be like that..have a look ur self anyone know how i can change it back to the original please!

ok in my documents some files names are coloured blue??? y is dat????

when i right click a file and go next to send to ...it seems like the send to documents..desktop has dissapeared and only thing lest is floppy disk and cd-rw drive??? whats wrong

when rebooting the computer in at the beginnin it has a little xp bar going a cross wel it takes me now 5mins or more to get of that screen and the computer is slow..i have tried scannin but nothign found any1 no whats wrong?? before it used to load …

ok i have a computer which is not in my room n dat has internet but da 1 in mine doesnt..its broadband so how can i get it onto my otha computer n also my otha computer doesnt have a usb slot thing!(the 1 that doesnt have internet)

when ever i put my computer in stand by mode and then later take it off standby the computer crashes!!! can any 1 tell me y that is and no message appears aswell jus a plain crash with the mouse not moving!!!
