They're in C:\Recycler\[###-###-###] Lots of numbers with hyphens between. I could find no C:\recycler folder on my C drive, so I went start > run C:\recycler and the folder is empty. So I go farther, do C:\recycler\[all the numbers, typed 'em all out] and it opened up my recycle bin. …
