Although I know you are spamming your links, I still agree to help you.Does your Runtime Error occured when you are using Internet Explorer because that's happen in most cases.Can you also tell me what is the runtime error number?

You can re-install the Window. This may be the easiest way because window 7 hardly takes 20 minutes to get installed. :)
