I see that the vBulletin has the possibility of Sub-Categories.. By question is: Does phpBB have this option, or not?
And if not, WHY!?

well there are heaps of mods out there that are made from freelance coders, Just have the time to find the mod. I think also PHPBB's website has the mod on there database.

Yeah, you can find it on their site for sure. As far as comparing vB to phpBB, you are right, you can't compare the 2. phpBB blows Vbulletin out of the water.

Yes, vBulletin allows infinite subforums. However, for the sake of site usability and navigation, it is not a good idea to go very many levels deep, because members will just get frustrated trying to find the right place to post.

A am using the categories hierarchy mod on my webmaster forums. I am using phpBB. It's a great mod for sure, although it kinda takes some time to install. I think there should be only 1 level of subforums, since otherwise people would just go nuts trying to use the forums :D
